Processing time is 2-3 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Shipping confirmation is sent via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping confirmation to be sent via email. Orders are not shipped on weekends and federal holidays.

Orders can be tracked via USPS once your order has shipped.

Address changes can be made for orders that have not yet been shipped. For address changes, contact us at aluxxcollections@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number, and new address.  

To cancel an order, please contact aluxxcollections@gmail.com prior to your order being shipped. Please note that customer care cannot process cancellation requests once your order is shipped.
