Processing time is 2-3 business days. Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and federal holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via USPS once your order has shipped.

ALUXXCOLLECTIONS is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. All sales are final. Refunds, order cancellations, and address changes may be made prior to orders being shipped. Refunds and order cancellations can be made by contacting customer care with your name and order number. For address changes, please provide your name, order number, and updated address.
